Who We Are
Sunshine Shine & Impact is a ministry shaped by a simple calling: to build life on biblical truth and live it out in everyday reality.
What began through family life, homeschooling, and a step of faith from a professional path into entrepreneurship has grown into a journey of formation, transformation, and shared impact — expressed through work, relationships, and community.
We exist to help individuals and families cultivate clarity, purpose, and lasting influence — and to see that impact grow and multiply across generations.
Our Beginning
This ministry began not as a program, but as a lived journey.
As biblical truth became more central in our lives, it began to shape how we approached family, education, work, and daily decisions. Homeschooling created space for deeper formation. Entrepreneurship opened new ways to build with purpose and stewardship. Community naturally formed through shared conversations, encouragement, and a desire to grow together.
What started as personal conviction gradually became a shared pathway.
Our Calling
We sense a calling to help bridge faith and everyday life.
This includes:
helping individuals develop a biblical worldview that shapes how they see life
encouraging families to build strong foundations for the next generation
equipping professionals and entrepreneurs to live out faith in their work
fostering communities where truth, encouragement, and shared purpose can grow
Our heart is not only to teach truth, but to see it lived — in practical, relational, and enduring ways.

Calling
"But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for his own possession, that you may proclaim the excellencies of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light." — 1 Peter 2:9
Our calling was confirmed and reinforced through 1 Peter 2:9. The Lord desires us to fully understand who we are in Christ — chosen by God, called by God, and commissioned by God. We are called to stand firm in our identity as a royal priesthood, a holy nation, and God's special people. We live out this identity to proclaim His excellencies and to shine & impact in Christ.
The “CROP” VISION
Request
"He has told you, O man, what is good; and what does the LORD require of you but to do justice, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God." — Micah 6:8
Throughout Scripture, God calls His people to take responsibility for living according to His covenant. God has given us the responsibility to shine and impact in Christ — standing in our unique identity, walking humbly with God, fearing, loving, and serving the LORD. Walking with God and working with people, we together realize the vision God has given.
Opportunity
"The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few; therefore, beg the Lord of the harvest earnestly to send out workers into His harvest." — Matthew 9:37–38
Right now, God has given us a rich and meaningful opportunity in His service. God has placed us where we are for a specific reason — to play a vital role in His plan. Today's culture desperately needs a new generation of Christ followers who can navigate the cultural tide without drowning, and who shine and influence those around them. We are called into His Kingdom for moments like this (Esther 4:14).
Promise
"Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His great mercy has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ" — 1 Peter 1:3–5
God has always kept His promises. We are born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ. We are adopted as children of God with an inheritance reserved in heaven — incorruptible, undefiled, and unfading. God's promises are far greater than we can imagine, and He will never break them. “You have given a banner for those who fear you, that it may be displayed because of the truth.” Psalm 60:4 (NKJV)
Our Approach

Transformation — Allowing truth to shape daily life, decisions, and relationships
Multiplication — Living out that transformed life in ways that strengthen others and create lasting impact
This pathway is not theoretical. It is lived through family life, work, entrepreneurship, and community.
